DESIGN
This is the moment where The designer Sun King start doing his art sketching the accessories creating gorgeous pieces. The design and production of a nice handbag gives people not only it is a bag, it brings beauty to people, adding charming style to you. Then the design style of each handbag is different, and the selection of materials is critical. Different shapes and different styles of bags will be different.
SELECTION
To start the production of leather handbags, leather is received from suppliers from Italy, Spain, France and Portugal which is already treated and ready for sewing.
Tanned and varnished leather is resistant to environmental influences, so it is easy to work with. The leather of the handbag and the thickness of the varnish are selected according to the prototype of the handbag model. A patent leather handbag is easier to clean, dirt sticks to it less, but such a handbag needs to be protected from wrinkles more, so all its aspects are evaluated before choosing the type of leather.
PACKAGING
